Tim is a business minded person with formal academic qualifications and over 20 years practical experience across several industries including aquaculture, public aquarium/oceanarium, seafood and water treatment. Tim has worked for global companies such as Phillips FoodsInc (Seafood/Aquaculture), Cleanseas Tuna Ltd (Aquaculture), Aquatic Environmental Systems (Public Aquarium/Oceanarium) Ionics Inc (Water Treatment) and Atlantis Resources (Seafood and Aquaculture). Fulfilling various roles within these industries has allowed Tim to develop sound business management skills, an acute eye for detail and an ability to recognise opportunities for growth and diversification.
Across roles Tims key responsibilities have included; design and development of process systems; design and development of production systems; design and development of water treatment systems; project management, construction management and contract administration for large aquaculture and public aquariums; the development and implementation of strategic marketing/business plans clearly communicating the company direction, directing the sales of all products; maximising overall sales growth and development; the identification of new opportunities to support ongoing expansion; new product development.
