AQUATONIC - Design Architects
Aquatonic is a Brisbane based architectural practice, engaged in a wide variety of project types across a range of locations and environments around the world, with a specialist focus on aquatic projects. Aquatonic has a strong background in projects that require a sensitive connection to their context and have undertaken numerous complex projects with aquatic, display, education, interpretive and thematic content. Members of the team have worked together on a variety of projects and provided consultancy services worldwide including Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, Australia and the Antarctic.
Aquatonic has experience in all aspects of design and construction of a variety of aquatic applications.
Recently Aquatonic was commissioned to undertake two multi billion dollar urban developments on the Mediterranean coast of Tripoli, Libya. Both projects are approximately 100Ha in area and involve masterplanning, developed design and presentation. Within these projects are a variety of recreational aquatic projects including a full aquarium of a similar size to that proposed in Myanmar.
